  • A Study of the Safety and Effectiveness of Experimental Perampanel For Partial Onset Seizures

    open to eligible people ages 4 years and up

    This study will assess the retention rate of perampanel when given as monotherapy or first adjunctive therapy in participants with partial-onset seizures or primary generalized tonic clonic seizures. The study consists of 4 periods: a Screening Period (to start no earlier than 6 weeks before the first dose of study drug), a Titration Period (up to 13 weeks), a Maintenance Period (39 weeks), and a Follow-Up Period (4 weeks).

  • A Study to Test the Effectiveness and Safety of Experimental Padsevonil for Seizures in Adults With Drug-Resistant Epilepsy

    open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the 3 selected dose regimens of padsevonil (PSL) administered concomitantly with up to 3 anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs) compared with placebo for treatment of observable focal-onset seizures in subjects with drug-resistant epilepsy.
