Brensocatib in Participants With Non-Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis
“Volunteer for research and contribute to discoveries that may improve health care for you, your family, and your community!”
open to eligible people ages 12-85
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of brensocatib at 10 mg and 25 mg compared with placebo on the rate of pulmonary exacerbations (PEs) over the 52-week treatment period.

Long-term Safety and Efficacy of VX-445 Combination Therapy
open to eligible people ages 12 years and up
This study evaluated the long-term safety, efficacy, and pharmacodynamics of elexacaftor (ELX, VX-445) in triple combination (TC) with tezacaftor (TEZ) and ivacaftor (IVA) in subjects with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are heterozygous for the F508del mutation and a gating or residual function mutation (F/G and F/RF genotypes).

VX-121 Combination Therapy in Participants With Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Heterozygous for F508del and a Minimal Function Mutation (F/MF)
“You may be able to help the CF community by taking part in Vertex’s Skyline Program.”
open to eligible people ages 12 years and up
The purpose of this study evaluates the efficacy and safety of VX-121/tezacaftor/deutivacaftor (VX-121/TEZ/D-IVA) in CF participants who were heterozygous for F508del and a minimal function mutation (F/MF participants).

VX-121 Combination Therapy in Participants With Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Who Are Homozygous for F508del, Heterozygous for F508del and a Gating (F/G) or Residual Function (F/RF) Mutation, or Have At Least 1 Other Triple Combination Responsive (TCR) CFTR Mutation and No F508del Mutation
“Thank you for considering the Skyline 103 Study!”
open to eligible people ages 12 years and up
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VX-121/tezacaftor/deutivacaftor (VX-121/TEZ/D-IVA) in CF participants who are homozygous for F508del, heterozygous for F508del and a gating (F/G) or residual function (F/RF) mutation, or have at least 1 other TCR CF transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene mutation and no F508del mutation.
